Your account is created automatically when payment completes, and the login (email plus a temporary password) is emailed to you, usually within minutes and at most 24 hours. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived.
You paste one line into Agency Settings, Company, White Label, Custom JS, plus one CSS line for the login page, because GoHighLevel does not run Custom JS before someone signs in. It takes about two minutes. After that, every change you save in the editor goes live without re-installing anything.
No. You never share GoHighLevel credentials with us. You design in your own customizer account and paste the line into GoHighLevel yourself. If your cleaning company is a sub-account under someone else's agency, the agency owner pastes the line, because Custom JS lives in agency settings.
No. The customizer only restyles what people see in the browser. Contacts, pipelines, workflows, calendars and integrations stay exactly as they are, and removing the line puts the stock look back.
